How to Check CCS Compatibility
On your Tesla touchscreen, go to:
Controls > Software > Additional Vehicle Information > CCS and 3-Party NACS DC Charging Support
✅ Enabled – Your vehicle supports the CCS protocol and can charge at any CCS charging station (with an adapter) and third-party NACS fast chargers.
❌ Not Enabled – Your vehicle does not currently support CCS charging. Check the Tesla mobile app to see if you qualify for a hardware upgrade. Eligibility varies.
❌ Not Compatible – Your vehicle cannot support the CCS protocol and will not work with third-party NACS or CCS charging stations.
Expanded Charging Access for NACS (TPC) Owners
This adapter is compatible with Tesla Superchargers (including V3) and third-party CCS2 DC fast charging networks, allowing NACS (TPC) vehicle owners to charge at CCS2 stations with ease.
